Monthly Billing: INR 230 * 10 Seats * 8 Hours * 26 Days = 4, 78,400/-

Contract: 1 year extendable to 3 years

Training + CRM+ Software  shall be provided by the client
Payment Cycle: 1 Month Advance

Data Dispatch/ Reports:
 All Call flow and rest calls would require to be dispatched by the EOD – without fail.

 All reports as per norms to be sent out on daily.
 Follow up reports to be entertained immediately on first priority basis.
 Conclusion reports to be managed on daily basis along with requisite feedback.
 Other reports to be followed as per norms.

We require 20 Centers for this urgently; this would be done at 'TOP PRIORITY'. 

Contract for 1 year.

The client is also listed in SGX that's singapore stock exchange.

Has an annual turnover of over 100 cr till date.

Has a staff strength of over 100 employees and has been ranked as the top 5 best companies to work with in Singapore.

They are also huge travel operators catering mainly to far east.

 The signup will be facilitated directly at the end clients office in Singapore, as mentioned in our previous mail the client is a reputed company listed with the Singapore Stock Exchange and has a staff of over 70
employees. The signup will be with vendor company of the airline. The center may also verify the same directly with the parent airline company.

If required the center may meet us in Mumbai or London as per their convenience for a pre-meet prior to the signup with the client in Singapore.

The center has to bear Travel & Hospitality cost for two of our managers to facilitate the signup in Singapore (approx 1 lac Token amount)

The rest of the amount i.e. INR 5 lacs needs t be paid in the form of a demand draft, the center needs to show a copy of the DD prior to the signup with the end party.

Location: Our client is looking for a domestic Call center in all Indian metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Pune , Kochi, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad)

No of agents : 20 /call center /city

No of working hours: 8 hours login time for 3 months and then 12 hours from 4th month onwards

No. of working days: 6 days in a week.

System requirements: Domestic call center setup with IVR system. DID Numbers Configure and will provided  by Airlines Company along with  CRM software /airlines booking software will be provided by Airlines.

Revenue:  Rs 45,000 per agent per month for 8 hours working and 65,000 per agent per month for 12 hours.

 Process for agreement :


1) Signing of agreement with consultant: Professional consultancy fees of rs 5 lakhs to be paid(after sign up with client and parent company verification)
